Job description: APPRAISERS/ ACCOUNTANTS/ REALTORS/ LOAN OFFICERS/ TAX PREPARERS OR OTHERS with a financial/spreadsheet ability. Looking to fill this time flexible position right away! FAX APPLICATION FROM OUR WEBSITE BEFORE SUBMITTING UNSOLICITED RESUME. I NEED THE APPLICATION, RESUME IS OF NO USE WITHOUT IT. With concentration in Oakland, Genesee, & Livingston Co's you will prepare property tax appeal packages to be submitted by us or the customer/client. You will pull data at the assessors office ( city/township ). You will pull data from the multiple listing service. You will input data into a spreadsheet. You will create a summary sheet & cover letter. You will complete the protest form. You will submit it to the assessor office, create & upload copy to customer/client website w/in our website using ftp. You will follow up filings as needed to the State Tax Tribunal. You will facilitate advertisement placement/ mailings/ possible presentations at local non-profits that we underwrite expenses for. Fees / pay depending on your capabilities. Other in office team bonuses possible/available. We underwrite the target for mailings, the advertising, & have an established client base of 25 years in business. Need you to facilitate.

Job requirements:

You must have a professional attitude, kind, friendly, self-starting and very clean, semi casual but crisp appearance. No jeans in front of clients or when interacting w/ public. >G-rated speaking habits. >Ours is an enjoyable relaxed but clean productive environment. >Fenton &/or Waterford based/ work from home possible. >You will be asked to sign a non-compete agreement & Confidentiaity Agreement
