7. Open Loans - Names/addresses, account #, monthly payment & balances
8. Loan information on other real estate owned
9. Self- employed: Last 2 years tax returns with schedule C, YTD income statement
10. Certificate of eligibility (VA)
11. Check for credit report & appraisal
12. Copy of Social Security Card (FHA)
13. Copy of Drivers License (FHA)
